At Pagemora, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable digital publishing experience. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Subscription Fees

All payments for paid plans and subscriptions are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment made accidentally
  • Technical failure preventing account activation or access within 48 hours of purchase

2. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your account dashboard.

Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle — after that, no further charges will be made.

3. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email support@pagemora.com with:

  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction ID or invoice number
  • A short explanation of the issue

Our billing team will review your request within 5–7 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not applicable in cases of:

  • Wrong plan selection by the user
  • Service misuse or violation of Terms of Use
  • Temporary interruptions or maintenance downtime
  • Digital content once accessed or downloaded
